In West Cork hiring a hoist this summer was hit and miss , we had no summer and it was not possible to paint.

Well now you can hire the 12mt hoist and get the washer for 50%.
Then you will not have to worry about painting until next year.
But while you have the hoist trim the trees etc
(electric or petrol washers)
